Program Administrator
Full Time - Hourly Range: $17 - $22
Day Shift (Monday - Friday) - Weekends as needed - Evenings as needed

This position will administer all United Way Programs, including Families First, Kidz Closet, Backpack Program, Larimore Food Pantry, Families First Food Pantry, Summer Meals, and Winter Wishlist programs of United Way. This position includes high attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to exercise discretion with sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions
Administration
Answer and direct phone calls
Organize and schedule meetings
Maintain filing system
Provide general support and create a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, mail, and in-person
Ensure all volunteers have immediate access to the tools to efficiently and safely complete their tasks
Plan and Conduct Volunteer Orientations and Tourstasks
Requirements
Two years of related work experience is preferred
Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
Maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality of all program participants, documents, and records
Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
Must be able to use a computer and various office programs efficiently
Knowledge of equipment, materials, and methods used in the job duties
Must be able to take initiative and work independently under minimal supervision
Fluent in the English language, both oral and written, including correct punctuation, spelling and grammatical usage
